The location is very central, within walking distance of the historical centre of the city. 5 minutes walking and you are at the Lievekaai and the famous Gravensteen, Oudburg, and Patershol, the welknown multicultural restaurants quarter.

The Molenaarsstraat is a very quiet street, just outside the active centre of the city, and very easy to reach by car. There is a parking space for one car.
Its a real historical factory loft, once in the time a textile factory. One of the last to remain in the city of Gent. With authentic iron pillars and a lot of space.

In this loft is a separate bedroom with a 2 person bed of a good quality. (team -7), en suite a big bathroom with shower, 2 wash basins, bath, steam bath and a toilet.
In the loft space, there are 2 beds for one persons, who can easily change to a 2 person bed. (on request)
Very big and complete American style kitchen, with fridge, oven, cooker with 4 pits, steam cooker, water boiler, Coffee machine, citrus press as well as pots, pans, glasses and cutlery.
In the loft space is a small sitting corner, Cd-player. Outside there is a small garden with garden furnishings.
The loft is perfect for people who like tranquillity, freedom, space, and mostly for one who likes to cook by them self. Ideal for 1 or 2 couples or 1 couple and 2 children.
Shopping: there is a Aldi supermarket(other side of the Opgeiesten laan), bakery in the Molenaarstraat, in the burgstraat , 2 health food shops and a supermarket. In the geldmuntstraat you will find a vegetarian restaurant with take a way posibilities.
Very practical: in the molenaarsstraat a laundry service, and a pharmacy.
