Annie Huskens is your hostess and welcomes you in her Bed and Breakfast Het Groote Genoegen. A guest house in Staden combining the conveniences of a luxury hotel with the homely comfort of a bed & breakfast. Set in a rural location within easy reach of the beach and the sea. Bed & breakfast “Het Groote Genoegen”, which opened in 2011, is accommodated in a beautifully renovated house and includes three tastefully furnished spacious rooms, each well appointed with a luxury private bathroom and toilet. The rooms are decorated in Chinese, Japanese and Swedish style. In addition to overnight stays, we offer weekend and midweek packages, especially suited for cyclists and hikers. |

Our pleasantly furnished Chinese, Japanese and Swedish rooms are respectively called in their own language Xiǎngyòng (Enjoy), Yorokobi (Happiness) and Loftet Suite. All our guests (big or small) are presented with a small welcoming gift upon arrival. For your convenience, the particularly spacious bedrooms (35, 25 and the luxury suite of 60 m2) are equipped with every modern comfort, including:
◦Private bathroom with shower, lavabo and toilet
◦Bathroom amenities include towels, hairdryer and toiletries
◦Bath robe and slippers
◦Flat screen TV
◦Coffee and tea making facilities
◦Minibar
◦Internet access
For families with (max. 2) children, an extra bed or cot can be added on request in the Xiangyòng room and the Loftet Suite.

In the breakfast room with its large table, a lavish breakfast buffet with fresh local products and homemade treats. If you have something to celebrate a champagne breakfast is possible. Alternatively, you can have breakfast in your room.
Packed lunches can be arranged on request.
Cooked meals are not provided, but depending on the weather, we offer a mussel party, or serve hearty home-made snacks or French fries with stew. |

With the beach only twenty minutes away you can indulge yourself with all that sea and sunshine have to offer. Take advantage of our bicycle rental service to explore the cyclist friendly area. If you bring your own bikes they can be stored in a locked space. |
