Kool- Kaai is situated in the heart of the old city centre, the two studios are on the upper floors of a newly designed corner building on the Kool Kaai,& have exceptional views of the river Schelde, and neighbouring 17th century town houses.
Kool-kaai is the perfect location for a city trip. one minute walk to the river Schelde & 5 minutes walk to the new Museum aan de Stroom (MAS) in the docklands area , and less than 10 minutes walk to all the main shopping streets. There is a choice of many cafés and good restaurants in our neighbourhood.
There is Wifi and & TV in both rooms. |

The duplex has a living room with its own private terrace. The bed measures 180x200and the en-suite bathroom has a rain shower. there is a kitchen area with fridge, tea & coffee facilities.

Our studio with river view is on the second floor and measures 35m2. It is a light & airy room with panoramic windows, double bed (160x 200), en suite bathroom with a rain shower. The studio has a kitchen area equipped with fridge, tea & coffee facilities.
