Located in the Zwalm region, in the middle of the Flemish Ardennes. With a lot of hills known from the Tour de Flanders, a challenge for every biker.
In a region dominated by nature, a long the watermolenroute, a bikers track a long the watermills) on 100m of the most beautifull watermill : Ijzerkotmolen. 5 watermills are located within 2 km from the guesthouse.
The guesthouse itself is located on one of these hills, known as "Latemberg".
There are 3 guestrooms with separated bathrooms and a common area where breakfast is served.
A garden with a big terras for bbq etc.
Parking in front of the guesthouse.
