A small and pastel coloured house on the edge of a pine wood situated in the green Sint-Martens-Latem, 20 years ago.
The rebuilding came into possession of Fabiaan en Maarten Van Severen who made it a modern and contemporary masterpiece.
The decoration is simple, with a few established values and prototypes of Fabiaan Van Severen. It radiates openness and interaction with the environment.
One room is available with a bathroom (bath and shower) and a large terrace. A childbed can always be added.
